Contributing Artists to Shootles

CONTRIBUTING ARTISTS

1. Shootles specializes in highly aesthetic material and is open to contributors of originality, unusual points of view or styles of execution.

2. Artists wishing to become contributors to Shootles may send a zip dossier of 10-20 images of their work to artists@shootles.com. Our editorial team will typically review dossiers in 4-8 weeks. We may contact you for further questions.

3. Accepted contibutors will be invited to sign an agreement with Shootles concerning the sale of their work through the Shootles website. The agreement stipulates, among other things, that the contributing artist is the legal owner of the work he is contributing to Shootles. Shootles subsequently documents, annotates, and metatags contributing artists' material according to the information supplied by the contributing artist. Prices for contributing artists' work, as well as any special licensing agreements, are decided upon in consultation with the contributing artist.

4. Where relevant, model releases must be on file with us.

5. Shootles reserves at all times the right to refuse posting of any material it deems unsuitable for the website.

6. Shootles pays contributing artists 40% of the revenue from downloads of the artist's material, either monthly or quarterly.

7. Currently, artists may only offer printed work for sale on Shootles if the work is physically placed on consignment at our Offices in Geneva, Switzerland, so that we can guarantee delivery.
