1. Shootles.com understands and respects your concern about the privacy of any information you supply while at our website. This statement sets forth our Privacy Policy and describes the practice Shootles follows with respect to all visitors to this website. 2. Shootles abides by the EU Safe Harbor framework as set forth by the Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of data from the European Union. We participate in the EU Safe Harbor Privacy Framework as set forth by the United States Department of Commerce. Our dispute resolution process is conducted in English.

3. Children (persons under the age of 18) are not eligible to use this website unsupervised and we ask that children do not register for an account or submit any personal information to us. By using this site unsupervised, and/or registering for an account, you warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.

4. Shootles collects certain personal information from users of this website. Guests are required to provide certain personal information in order to access images, and authorized users must provide certain contact and account information such as name, email address, billing address, and phone number in order to access and download images. Shootles may use certain account information such as company information of authorized users to conduct credit inquiries. Shootles uses this information for internal purposes (to process your order and any invoices, to maintain or update your Shootles account, or to send you updates about special offers, new services, special promotions, and noteworthy news and events). Shootles does not sell or rent information about its customers to third parties.

5. If you use our referral service for informing a friend about our site, or inviting Shootles will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the site. Shootles does not retain this information.

6. Your profile information (such as company type and language preference) in the registration form is used by Shootles to create personalized content, services, and advertising on the Shootles Web site. Shootles may also profile your website activity in order to accurately track your account and provide you with Shootles products and services that correspond to your interests. Shootles may also compile data in aggregate form so that we may better understand the users that are visiting our site. For example, we may produce reports on the most popular search terms by collecting general search term data based on individual searches. Aggregate data is anonymous and does not contain any personal information that identifies a user.

7. As is true of most web sites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. If your personally identifiable information changes, or if you no longer desire our service, you may correct, update, or delete inaccuracies in your information by making the change through the "Contact Us" page of our website or on the Account Information page of our Shootles web site, by emailing our Customer Support at service@Shootles.com. Your request will be processed and implemented within thirty (30) days.

10. Shootles has a number of operational functions in place to protect the confidentiality of personal information. For example, we store the personal information you provide on computer systems with limited access that are located in secured facilities. If you have any questions about the security at our website, you can send an email to service@Shootles.com. We use SSL encryption technologies to transmit sensitive information such as a acoutn information to our servers. However, perfect security on the Internet does not exist, and Shootles does not warrant that its website is impenetrable or invulnerable to hackers.

11. When you visit the Shootles website, Shootles sends your computer a cookie, which is a small file that resides on your computer's hard drive and contains non-personally identifiable information about the user. Cookies only identify the user's computer. Cookies allow Shootles to make its website more useful by storing information about your preferences. For example, Shootles will send your computer a cookie to maintain default settings such as your language preference. You can set your browser's options not to accept cookies, but this may prevent you from accessing all of the features of the Shootles website. Additionally, this website uses clear GIFs, or pixel tags, provided by our adserving company to help manage our online advertising. These clear GIFs provide our adserving company with the ability to recognize a browser's cookie when a browser visits this site. This allows us to learn which banner ads bring users to our website. The information we collect and share through this technology is not personally identifiable (it does not include your name, address, telephone number, or email address). Shootles may use a third party to assist in managing Email. Shootles does not rent or sell e-mail lists. Shootles may send you e-mail to notify you about your recent order; this will be sent to the e-mail address you provide to Shootles. Shootles offers its members the choice to not receive e-mails or updates about special benefits, promotions, or offers from Shootles. If you no longer wish to receive these updates, or you wish to unsubscribe from Shootles membership: If you no longer wish to receive our promotional communications, you may opt-out of receiving them by following the instructions on our website.

10. Participation in surveys or contests on the Shootles Web site is completely voluntary and the user therefore has a choice whether or not to disclose personal information. Information requested may include contact information (such as name and shipping address), and demographic information (such as zip code). Contact information will be used to notify the winners and award prizes. Survey information will be used for the purposes of monitoring or improving the use of the Shootles Web site. Please be aware that the Shootles Web site may contain links to other sites that are covered by their own privacy policies. Shootles is not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites and we encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site. 12.  Shootles reserves the right to change its online privacy policy. However, we shall not do so without posting those changes on the Shootles Web site.
